At Overdale Medical Practice we value any feedback that you may have on the service that you have received and strive to improve our services based on this.
There are several ways in which you can do this:
Questionnaire - we analyse and create an annual action plan based on the results of questionnaires that we hand out from September to November. However, you can return this questionnaire at any point throughout the year.
