The Practice has two sites based in Borrowash and Breaston.

Our phone lines are open Monday – Friday:

Borrowash Surgery
8:30am – 18.30pm

Breaston Surgery
8.30am – 18.00pm

Patient Participation Group (PPG)

A Patient Participation Group (PPG) is a group of volunteer patients, GP and practice staff who meet at least six times a year to discuss ways to support the running of the GP practice.
